Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Blessup Athleisure Wear! Every item is made to order, just for you. Because of this, please review our policy carefully before ordering.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blessupgifts@gmail.com with photos of the product and packing slip. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Wrong Address

If an incorrect address was provided, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs once the order is returned to our fulfillment center.

4. Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please reach out so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it enters production and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
