2. Print-on-Demand Nature of Products

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.
  • Average fulfillment time is typically 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
  • Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [currency, e.g., USD]. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us if fraudulent activity or error is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Since our products are custom-made, we only offer replacements or refunds for the following reasons:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was received

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blessupgifts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo showing the issue

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.

We are not responsible for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or size issues
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Blessup Athleisure Wear and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
